Refund & Exchange Policy – Melanico

At Melanico, customer safety and product integrity are our top priorities. For this reason, we cannot accept returns once a product has been shipped.

Exchanges

If there is an issue with your order, you may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your item. To qualify for an exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging.

  • Tamper seals must remain intact.

  • For vials, the lids must not have been removed.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) is required.

  • Clear photos of the product and the issue will be requested so we can assess your claim.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order upon delivery and contact us straight away if your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product. We’ll review your claim and arrange a replacement if approved.

Exclusions

  • Returns are not available due to hygiene concerns.

  • We cannot accept exchanges for sale items or gift cards.
