Shipping Within Australia Only

Melanico currently ships orders Australia-wide only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Methods & Rates

• Express Shipping (flat rate): AUD $15 on all orders under $100.

• Free Express Shipping: Available on all orders of AUD $100 or more (after discounts, before taxes).

All orders are shipped via express delivery to ensure fast and reliable service.

Processing Times

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. During busy periods, sales events, or public holidays, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Times

Express shipping typically arrives within 2–4 business days depending on your location. Regional or remote areas may take longer. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed, as delays caused by carriers or external factors are outside our control.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

Risk of Loss

All orders are carefully packed and handed to our delivery partners in good condition. Risk of loss or damage passes to you once your order has been collected by the carrier. Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete.
